Born and raised in Chicago, Argelia Martinez is dedicated to creating positive spaces for Latine culture to thrive. By day, she is Managing Director at Hauswirth/Co, a strategic marketing firm. By night, she is the Frida Kahlo of mixology — Argelia founded Vida Mia Cocktails in 2018 to celebrate the diverse culinary traditions of Mexico through food-and-beverage cocktail experiences. 

Born and raised in Chicago, Yoly Magaña-Valencia, a first-gen Latina is an Author, Educator, and Financial Startegist. By day, she is an Enterprise Market Planner for  a Global Commercial Real Estate firm. By night, she is the founder of Latinas Who Trade, focused on helping her multigenerational community embark on the road to a million dollars through education, coaching and cuentos, ensuring that no familia is left behind.

Founded in 2010 by Claudia Roxana Martinez, the Ponte Catrina Experience evolved from an at-home salon to what is known today as The House of The Makeovers. 

Claudia Roxana started her career as a Hair Artist in 2004, and quickly refined her technique after working at various salons in Chicago, and Milwaukee. A single chair operation evolved into a timeless space, a place that clients called home. In 2018 Ponte Catrina established its operation at LACUNA Lofts in the heart of Chicago, Pilsen. Today the salon has fostered a strong team of talented artists that will guide you through the journey of manifesting your beauty from within.
